ALFAVIT Kindergarten formulation was developed by Research Institute of Nutrition, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, taking account of needs of child’s organism. Special attention was paid on the tolerance of a certain compounds and overall hypoallergenic properties of formulation.
In order to minimize unwanted side effects, non-allergenic forms of vitamins and minerals were used in the formulation. Hypoallergenic properties are facilitated by separation of potentially non-safe couples of substances combinations into the different tablets.
The fact that ALFAVIT Kindergarten doesn’t contain any artificial colors is also very important. Low allergen activity and high efficacy of the formulation was proven in the study, initiated by Russian State Medical University, Department of Juvenile Diseases. The survey, conducted as a part of study involved 9000 families and has proven that formulations of ALFAVIT Series are the most popular vitamin supplements for children on the Russian market.
ALFAVIT Kindergarten is produced in the form of chewable tablets with the great fruity flavor.
Each tablet in the complex contains only naturally compatible ingredients and thus has its unique targeted action:

• “Iron+” tablet contains iron that prevents anemia and vitamin B_1, essential compound of the energy metabolism;
• “Antioxidants+” tablet contains selenium and vitamins C, E and A (in form of beta-carotene), which support immune system and help child's organism to resist negative factors of environment; another ingredient, iodide is necessary for the proper development of a child.
• “Calcium-D₃+” tablet contains calcium and vitamin D₃, which support bones and teeth formation.

Course duration
Regular diet doesn’t supply human body with all the necessary vitamins in full.
Knowing that, healthcare professionals from Research Institute of Nutrition, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences recommend to take vitamins all the year round.
Keeping in mind that vitamin-mineral complexes are not a medication, but rather a prophylactic formulations, one should decide on the course duration individually and choose either continuous or seasonal regimen. For instance, taking vitamins for a month and then having a 10-15 days break is one of the possibilities.

Regimen
ALFAVIT allows choosing the effect your child gets from the vitamin prophylaxis and the degree of the complex hypoallergenic. They are varies depending on the mode of reception.
ALFAVIT can be taken:

• Twice a day (for example, one tablet in the morning and two – in the evening or conversely). The effect and hypoallergenic will be higher than with one-tablet complex.
• Three times during the day, with an interval between doses is 4-6 hours. During this time the vitamins and minerals, which make up one tablet, assimilate completely, that prevents their unwanted interaction with compounds of the following one. This will provide up to receive maximum benefit from receiving ALFAVIT – it will be 30-50 % higher than from receiving a traditional vitamin and mineral complex.
• The interval between doses may be more than 6 hours. If your child can not take ALFAVIT in the daytime (for example, is in kindergarten), you can give him tablets as follows: in the morning, then after coming back from kindergarten and at bedtime. Effectiveness and hypoallergenic with this mode of reception is not reduced.

If your child forgets to take one of three tablets – don’t worry. You can give him that tablet next time or with another tablet.
Take ALFAVIT in the way that is more convenient for your child. And remember: even if your child takes three tablets of ALFAVIT separately sometimes at least, the effect will be higher than that of traditional one-tablet vitamin-mineral complexes (which are not considered the recommendations of scientists on the separate and combined reception of vitamins and minerals).

Ingredients:
Complex contains 13 vitamins and 9 minerals and provides the full range of substances necessary for the proper development of a child’s organism. Considering Russian environmental and social factors, iron, selenium and iodide were added to the formulation. Compounds compatibility and absence of artificial colors makes allergic reaction improbable.
