Vitamin-mineral complex ALFAVIT Cosmetic was designed specifically for women. Each one of ALFAVIT Cosmetic tablets contains only naturally compatible ingredients and thus has its specific unique action:

• “Calcium-D₃+” tablet contains calcium, vitamins D₃ and K₁, that make teeth and bones stronger and reduces risk of osteoporosis. Biotin is proven to be good for hair and nails.  Green tea extract tones and strengthens immune system, effectively burns fat and protect skin from ageing; nettle makes hair look better;
• “Antioxidants+” tablet contains vitamin E, beta-carotene, zinc and selenium.  These substances are known to support immune system and help organism to resist negative effects of environment; PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) is involved in the process of  proteins assimilation. In addition, PABA also prevents allergic eruption on the skin;
• «Q₁₀+» tablet contains vitamin C and iron, protective against anemia, vitamin B₁ and folic acid, compounds of energy metabolism; Q₁₀ fights ageing, early wrinkles appearance and fatigue. Chamomile extract gives hair a golden tint and normalizes digestion; birch leaves extract make skin toned and fresh; aloe vera heals wounds, horse-tail has strengthening and healing effect for the whole body.

Course duration
Regular food doesn’t supply human body with all the necessary vitamins in full..
Knowing that, healthcare professionals from Research Institute of Nutrition, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences recommend to take vitamins all the year round.
Keeping in mind that vitamin-mineral complexes are not a medication, but rather a prophylactic formulations, one should decide on the course duration individually and chouse either continuous or seasonal regimen. For instance, taking vitamins for a month and then having a 10-15 days break is one of the possible regimens.

Regimen
ALFAVIT allows you to choose the effect you get from the vitamin prophylaxis. It varies depending on the mode of reception.
ALFAVIT can be taken:

• Once a day, three tablets at the same time, as ordinary vitamin-mineral complex. Then benefit from the ALFAVIT is the same as that of an ordinary vitamin complex.
• Twice a day (for example, one tablet in the morning and two – in the evening or conversely). The effect will be higher than with one-tablet complex.
• Three times during the day, with an interval between doses is 4-6 hours. During this time the vitamins and minerals, which make up one tablet, assimilate completely, that prevents their unwanted interaction with compounds of the following one.
  This will provide up to receive maximum benefit from receiving ALFAVIT – it will be 30-50 % higher than from receiving a traditional vitamin and mineral complex.

If you forget to take one of three tablets – don’t worry. You can take it next time or with another tablet.
Take ALFAVIT in the way that is more convenient for you. And remember: even if you take three tablets of ALFAVIT separately sometimes at least, the effect will be higher than that of traditional one-tablet vitamin-mineral complexes (which are not considered the recommendations of scientists on the separate and combined reception of vitamins and minerals).

Ingredients:
ALFAVIT Cosmetic contains 13 vitamins and 10 minerals, essential for overall beauty and wellbeing. Additional ingredients include coenzyme Q₁₀, well-known for its anti-aging effect, and herbal extracts with anti-inflammatory and specific wholesome effects.

Formulation is recommended to adults and children 14 years of age and over as a supplementary source of vitamins, minerals (macro- and micro- elements), flavonoids and coenzyme Q₁₀.

Warnings:
Allergic reaction may occur in some cases. Do not use if you have been diagnosed with thyroid hyperfunction.
